Bailey McLaughlin (Postdoc, 2025–2026)
Bailey is a macroecologist interested in understanding biodiversity responses to global change. Her project in the lab focused on quantifying latitudinal dependence in the behavioral effects of clouds on bird vocalizations using BirdWeather data. She completed her PhD at The University of Maine, studying geographic range and ecological niche shifts in trees in North America.
